Resolved - Microsoft have now flagged this issue as fully mitigated. All of our services appear to be operating normally.

Update - Microsoft have advised that Azure Front Door is now operating above 98% availability. We are seeing normal service across our platform, but will continue to monitor until Microsoft advise that this has been fully mitigated, expected to be within the next hour.

Scheduled - We will be upgrading our forms and portal from Angular 18 to 19 during this time. There is no downtime associated with this change, and we'll be monitoring our logs closely after the upgrade for any unforeseen problems. We can easily swap back to our current environment if we detect an issue that we can't easily solve.
