We're aware of an issue with Chrome 150 on MacOS whereby drop-down lists in embedded forms don't expand when clicked. The resolution is to upgrade to the latest version of Chrome (151 or higher) where this has now been fixed. This didn't affect earlier versions of Chrome on MacOS, or Chrome on any other operating system, or any other web browser, or non-embedded forms.
